Two varieties of peonies grow in our garden. Both are fragrant…and one of them is pink with ruffles! I’m so happy we planted these over a decade ago. They are a thrill to behold, and a joy to paint. As always, I paint from life to share these experiences with you.
This 10.5” x15.25” painting is on a gorgeous cold-press paper. (This paper has a wee bit of texture that holds the pigments in fascinating ways as it dries on the paper). This piece comes un-matted and unframed so you can customize your look with your favorite framer.
